Abstract

Physician burnout has been identified in the US Healthcare system at alarming rates. Osteopathic Family Physicians can reflect on the Osteopathic Principles as a foundation of improving physician wellness. Physician engagement can be used as an antidote to physician burnout and help physicians recapture meaning in the work of medicine.
